The Cub Inn B&B

Offering an expansive deck from which to view the forest and mountains, The Cub Inn B&B is located in Groveland, California 24 miles ( 5 km) from a Yosemite National Park gate. The property sits on three wooded acres. Our neighbors are deer, jack rabbits and the occasional bear. The deck allows for outside dining, reading, socializing with other guests as well as the hosts and star-gazing. There are five guest rooms. Two are on the lower level, one on main level and two on third level. The dining area is on the main floor where breakfast is served at 0800. The great room is for the enjoyment of everyone with entertainment including music and videos. card games and general story-telling by our guests.

All units feature a seating area to relax in after a busy day. A terrace or patio are featured in certain rooms. All rooms are fitted with a private bathroom. For your comfort, you will find free toiletries and a hairdryer. The Cub Inn B&B features free WiFi throughout the property.

Guests can enjoy various activities in the surrounding areas. Some of these are wineries, golf course, casinos, stables and alpine and Nordic ski areas. Located in the Mother Lode area of California, there are many towns dating back to the Gold Rush of the 1840's. Each one can be found to have at least one saloon dating back to the old days. Visible in most are the original jails used to hold prisoners caught claim jumping, cattle rustling and as number of other criminal behaviors.
